Shipping & Returns
We offer three shipping options that will be available for you to choose: Free Shipping (Up to 36 hours processing, 3-7 business days shipping) Expedited Shipping $9.99 (24 hours processing, 2-4 business days shipping) Express $19.99 (24 hours processing, 2-3 business days shipping)
Please double-check the current delivery status of your order. If it says your package was delivered, contact your neighbors to make sure it wasn’t dropped off at the wrong address by mistake. If the package is still stuck in transit, and you haven’t received it, please give us a call at +1 (844) 433-4438 or live chat within 5 days of the date you should have received your package.
This is a fair point, but almost never the case. We have a daily pickup from DHL, and do not print labels until we ship your package. Sometimes DHL may not scan a label at their distribution center, but the product is in transit. It may be late, it may not. Unfortunately, we have seen this happen during COVID-19 across many shipping carriers. Trust us, we're frustrated with the carriers too!
Mistakes happen. If you think you made an error, please contact us ASAP. If the order has not shipped yet, we will be able to modify the address free of charge. If the order has already shipped. Please contact us and we will determine the best course of action to get your product in your hands.
A: If your delivery link indicates that your crystal was delivered but you did not receive it, we will file a claim with our carrier on your behalf. We will also work with you to get a replacement crystal shipped to you ASAP. However, we are not able to issue refunds for crystals that are lost in transit.
We are sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your crystal. Don’t worry – here is what you need to know: We only accept return requests made 10 days after delivery. The item must be in the same conditions as we shipped it in. Before returning your item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason for your return, including pictures. All returns must be sent to 350 San Lorenzo Ave, Coral Gables FL 33146. We will apply a 20% restock fee to cover the design fee built into your crystal. This is to cover the work our designer performed, in converting your 2D image into a 3D rendered model. This is a costly process for us that we only use to make sure our designers get paid for their work. We will cover the cost of shipping. Once your return has been received and examined, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, we’ll issue your refund within a few days to the payment method you used to complete your purchase.
The short answer? Any image you want! Your favorite family memory. That special person in your life. That new NFT you just bought. You can upload any image you have on your phone, any JPG or PNG file. If it is an image, we can transform it into 3D.
Yes – a higher resolution image will create a more detailed crystal engraving. Though we can still work with low quality images if you do not have a better one available.
We use state-of-the-art laser technology that allows us to create tiny etchings at specific points beneath the surface of the crystal. These points are plotted at various depths to create a 3D image. You can learn more about our 3D crystal engraving process here.
You can add custom text to any of our 3D Crystal Rectangle, Tower, Heart, Diamond, Spear, or 2D Flat Surface crystals. Upon the selection of your crystal shape and after you upload your photo you can personalize it by just typing into the Custom Engraving text box any message 50 characters or less, including spaces. You will be able to review your message before completing your order to make sure it is correct.
At this time we are not able to deposit color into the crystal images but that doesn’t detract from the beauty of our crystals.
Yes we are able to create a 3D version of your company logo. Logos with textured pictures or shapes create more effective 3D images. We can still engrave a plain text logo or a simple line drawing, but the 3D effect probably won’t be as pronounced. If you are not sure how your logo will look in the engraving you can email us at before you place your order.
Our crystals are made from K9 crystals and chosen due to their low imperfections and inclusions which make them ideal for engraving our 3D images. They can be polished like lead crystal and have high clarity offering both durability and excellent quality.
All of our engraved products are made from high-quality crystal, which is breakable if dropped. As long as you handle your crystal with care and display it where it will be safe you should be able to enjoy it for a lifetime.
You may use a glass cleaner to remove dust and restore the shine to your crystal. Dust it with a microfiber cloth, a glass cleaning cloth, or any other soft cloth. Don’t use any rough materials that might scratch the surface of the crystal. Will the image get discolored or fade over time? The image inside will be safe from discoloration and fading as long as your crystal remains intact.
Our crystals are designed in such a way as to stand on their own. However a light base truly enhances your image and adds another beautiful touch to your custom crystal. We offer a variety of light bases that fit your crystal. Do not worry about size, as we will use the best light base size for your crystal.
Placing an Order
First select a crystal from the menu ; upload your photo and place it on the template of the crystal shape that you are ordering. After looking at the preview and are happy with it you can then move on to customizing your order by adding text, choosing your size and adding a light base. Finally just click on ADD to Cart. On the next page you can review your order summary in your cart. Verify that everything is correct and then move on to selecting your shipping method. Finally move on to Proceed to Checkout where you will enter your payment information and address to complete your purchase.
Most orders will be processed, shipped and delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Please allow more time for special requests or for an important occasion just to make sure you are satisfied with the final product.
Once we receive your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email or text message. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us check your spam folder and also confirm that you gave us the correct email address.
